Dynamic Warm Up for Runners

Enjoy this 10-15 minute dynamic warm up routine, which will increase your heart rate, activate and lengthen your muscles, and put some pep in your step before your next track workout, tempo run or race. The warm up is important for all athletes because it can reduce your risk for injury and help you preform your best. Complete each movement for about 10 meters. Feel free to add in a light 1-2 mile jog before this routine if it precedes a track workout or race.
