Bird Dog Core Exercise

Balancing a foam roller on your low back acts as an effective cue to stabilize through your core and hips. It’s okay if the roller moves around a little bit, but if it falls off that’s an indicator you need to flatten your back and engage your core a little harder. No need to rush this one. This is a safe and effective exercise if you’re rehabbing a low back injury or surgery, or just looking to improve core stability.
